Interpretation and Definitions
Words in capitals mean what we define below. It doesn't matter if they're singular or plural. Here's what we mean by each term: • Affiliate is any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party. • Country means Washington, United States. • Company (also called "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") is Crystalpilot. • Device is whatever you're using to access the Service—computer, phone, tablet, whatever. • Service is the Website. • Terms and Conditions (or just "Terms") is this agreement between you and the Company about how you use the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service is content or services from third parties that show up on the Service. • Website is Crystalpilot. • You is the person using the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf they're using it.

These Terms govern how you use the Service and create an agreement between you and the Company. They spell out what everyone can and can't do. Using the Service means you accept these Terms. They apply to everyone—visitors, users, everyone. By accessing or using the Service, you're agreeing to follow these Terms. If any part bothers you, don't use it. You're confirming you're over 18. Anyone younger than that isn't allowed here.

The Service might have links to third-party websites or services we don't own or run. We have no control over what's on those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy policies, or how they operate. You agree the Company isn't liable for any damage or loss from using those sites or whatever you find on them.
Termination
We can shut down your access whenever we want, for any reason, without warning. If you break these Terms, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Limitation of Liability
No matter what happens, the Company and its suppliers' total liability is capped at whatever you paid us through the Service. If you haven't paid anything, the limit is a hundred dollars. The Company or its suppliers won't be responsible for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. That includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, privacy loss, or problems with third-party software or hardware. This applies even if we knew damage was possible and even if the remedy doesn't work.

The Service, servers, content, and emails might have viruses, scripts, trojans, worms, malware, or other harmful stuff.
Governing Law & Disputes Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Country, not its conflict-of-law rules. Other local, state, national, or international laws might also apply. If something's wrong with the Service, try contacting the Company first to work it out informally.
Compliance & Regulations
EU Users: If you're a consumer in the European Union, your country's mandatory laws protect you. US Legal Compliance: You confirm you're not in a country under US embargo or labeled as supporting terrorism, and you're not on any US prohibited or restricted parties list.
Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms gets ruled unenforceable, it'll be modified to work as much as possible while the rest stays in effect. Not exercising a right doesn't mean you lose it later. Letting something slide once doesn't mean you're okay with it happening again.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms might be translated, but the original English version is what counts if there's a dispute. We can change these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll give you at least a month's notice before the new version takes effect. Keep using the Service after that and you're agreeing to the updated Terms. These terms are effective as of the date on this page.
